Description:
The H Dubai, part of STORY Hospitality, is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join its dynamic Food & Beverage team. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting service teams in a fast-paced luxury environment.
As the link between frontline operations and guest expectations, the successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant and lounge activities, maintain service excellence, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the high standards of the property. This role offers the opportunity to grow within an international hotel management group operating across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant, lounge, and outlet operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate service staff during shifts
• Conduct daily team briefings and manage shift scheduling
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
• Ensure VIP and repeat guest recognition standards are maintained
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen teams and supporting departments
• Monitor inventory levels and operational requirements
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Maintain service quality and operational consistency across outlets
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in F&B service
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality environment
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• Food Safety Certification
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Strong attention to detail and service excellence
