Job Description

Travel & Executive Support Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused professional to join our team. This role combines travel consultancy with executive support, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients while providing key administrative assistance to the Managing Director.

Key Duties

  • Conduct travel sales and client consultations to understand and fulfill travel needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and detailed travel itineraries.
  • Manage bookings, customer relationships, and post-trip follow-ups.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for the MD and wider team as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel consultancy or executive support.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
