Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Travel & Tourism)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and achieve targets – Proactively drive revenue by promoting our travel packages and services to both individuals and corporate clients.
  • Market travel packages and services – Create compelling promotional materials and campaigns that showcase our offerings and attract new customers.
  • Manage social media and digital campaigns – Plan, execute, and monitor online marketing initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships – Nurture long-term partnerships through excellent communication, follow‑ups, and personalised service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop new business opportunities – Identify potential markets, partnerships, and channels to expand our reach and increase market share.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Sales & Marketing role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
