Description:

Flora Hospitality is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join its hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel reservations and a solid understanding of front-office operations within the hospitality industry.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest inquiries efficiently across multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth reservation processes and maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels

• Manage room availability and update inventory accurately

• Provide information about hotel services, rates, and policies

• Coordinate with front office and sales teams for smooth operations

• Ensure accurate processing of bookings and modifications

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field

• Previous experience in a similar reservations role

• Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of hotel reservation procedures and room inventory management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong knowledge of:
    • Hotel Reservation Systems (Opera PMS)
    • Guest Service & Communication
    • Front Office Operations
