Description:

A dynamic logistics-based organization in Dubai is currently seeking a skilled Administrative & Finance Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing administrative functions, financial records, and operational coordination in a fast-paced business environment.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support daily office operations while also contributing to financial tracking, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with logistics or international trade exposure will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office administration and daily operations

• Handle invoices, expense tracking, and financial records

• Coordinate shipments and logistics documentation

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers

• Maintain operational reports, trackers, and records

• Support management with business coordination and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• 2–5 years of experience in Administration, Finance, Logistics, or Operations

• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Experience in Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, or International Trade is a plus

• Knowledge of French will be an added advantage

• Female candidates are preferred

• Strong knowledge of:
    • Office Administration
    • Financial Reporting & Excel
    • Logistics Coordination & Documentation
