Description:
MyMaximus Professional & Management Academy is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who is passionate about education, professional development, and helping individuals and organizations achieve their learning goals through high-quality training solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the academy’s training courses, diploma programs, and corporate learning solutions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth while building strong relationships with clients and supporting the academy’s mission of delivering world-class education and training services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell the academy’s training courses, diploma programs, and education solutions
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Conduct professional presentations and consultations for individual and corporate clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence updates
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education, training, or professional services
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written
• Strong IT/ICT skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, online marketing tools, and digital communication platforms
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• UAE market experience is an advantage
• Immediate joining preferred
