Description:
A company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced HR & Administration Executive to support and manage daily human resources and administrative operations. This role requires a professional who can effectively handle employee-related matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for HR operations, employee relations, attendance and leave management, visa processing, and company document renewals. Individuals with experience in fast-paced work environments and a strong understanding of local employment regulations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support across departments
• Administer leave management and employee attendance records
• Process employment visas and related documentation
• Coordinate company document renewals and ensure timely compliance
• Maintain HR records and support organizational policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to UAE labour regulations and company standards
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Experience in visa processing and company document renewals
• Background in construction, contracting, or service industries is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative functions efficiently
