The firm is currently seeking a Bilingual Document Specialist to join its remote team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality document production and support services, including formatting, proofreading, editing, and managing complex legal documentation. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent language skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, format, and edit legal and business documents using Microsoft Office tools
• Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, formatting, and clarity
• Convert, merge, and structure documents including tables, charts, and presentations
• Support document production requests across multiple departments
• Manage intake, tracking, and prioritization of document requests
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all document versions
• Maintain knowledge of firm procedures and documentation standards
• Provide timely support via email, calls, and internal systems
• Assist team members and provide mentorship when required
• Handle multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in document management or related roles
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document procedures (asset)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to type 80–100 words per minute
• Excellent proofreading and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including evenings or weekends if required
• Fluent in English and French (Bilingual mandatory
