Description:
A growing organization within the property management sector is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to support its remote operations team. This role is essential in maintaining efficient administrative processes, coordinating communications, and ensuring accurate record management across property-related activities.
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to property managers, helping streamline operations while maintaining excellent service standards for residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and internal coordination activities
• Handle incoming emails, phone inquiries, and administrative correspondence professionally
• Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and business documents
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain tenant and property records
• Coordinate maintenance requests and facilitate communication between residents and contractors
• Organize digital filing systems and maintain structured documentation
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with operational tracking, reporting, and workflow coordination
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using Google Workspace tools effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proactive problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience in property management or real estate environments is an advantage but not required
