Description:
A growing organization in the construction and waterproofing sector is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to support business development and client acquisition activities across Dubai and Ajman. This role is ideal for professionals who possess a strong combination of technical knowledge and sales expertise within the construction services industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting waterproofing coating solutions, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. The position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of construction practices and waterproofing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sectors.
• Promote waterproofing coating services and provide technical guidance to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports as required.
• Negotiate contracts and support the successful closing of sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical sales.
• Relevant experience in waterproofing systems, construction services, or building materials.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing applications and construction industry practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
