The organization is currently hiring a fully remote Email Assistant on behalf of its client to manage inbox communications and ensure timely, accurate handling of all email correspondence.

This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and internal teams, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume email traffic in a fast-paced remote environment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient message handling, proper routing, and consistent follow-up across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage shared and individual email inboxes daily

• Draft, proofread, and send professional email responses to customers and internal teams

• Sort, prioritize, and route incoming messages to appropriate departments or personnel

• Maintain email templates, canned responses, and communication guidelines

• Escalate urgent or sensitive messages in a timely manner

• Keep CRM and ticketing systems updated with accurate information

• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of email inquiries

• Support workflow efficiency by maintaining organized communication records

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and service quality

• Assist in maintaining communication standards and response accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, or email support roles

• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage high email volumes and competing priorities

• Proficiency in Gmail, Outlook, and standard office tools

• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

Strong knowledge of:

• Email management systems and professional communication practices

• CRM or help desk tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot (preferred)
