Description:

A reputable organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to support its administrative and project operations. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with a strong background in office management, project coordination, and government-related procedures within the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, maintaining project documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with CICPA knowledge and relevant UAE or Gulf experience will be given strong consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily administrative and office operations

• Coordinate project administration activities and maintain project documentation

• Handle government-related procedures and ensure regulatory compliance

• Support project teams with coordination, reporting, and administrative requirements

• Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and documentation systems

• Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and stakeholders

• Ensure smooth execution of administrative processes and project support functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

• 5–10 years of experience in administration and office management

• Strong knowledge of project administration, documentation, and coordination

• Experience handling government-related procedures and compliance requirements

• Knowledge of CICPA procedures and regulations is mandatory

• Experience in project handling and coordination is required

• Gulf or UAE experience is preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE

• Immediate joiners are preferred
