Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, onboarding & HR administration
- Employee relations & performance management
- Leave, attendance & staff welfare management
- Payroll processing & coordination with finance
- Statutory compliance (PAYE, NHIF, NSSF)
- HR reporting & employee engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- CHRP (in progress or completed)
- 3+ years HR experience with payroll exposure
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
- High accuracy and attention to detail
