Job Title: Operations & HR Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Operations & HR Coordinator to support daily office and site operations, HR administration, and project coordination within our interior design and architectural finishes company. This role ensures workflow efficiency, compliance, and team support across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee daily office and site operations, including logistics, inventory tracking, and procurement support.
- Improve workflow efficiency and service delivery across all departments.
- Supervise support staff, including drivers, office assistants, and cleaners.
- Ensure documentation, timelines, and technical standards are consistently met.
HR Support
- Support recruitment administration, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Work alongside HR on performance coordination, leave tracking, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist with staff welfare and team wellbeing initiatives.
- Handle confidential staff matters with discretion and integrity.
Project & Supply Chain Support
- Coordinate project delivery support, site quality control, and inventory management.
- Liaise with transport, logistics, and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
Financial & Quality Control
- Support budget tracking and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain high standards in office and site compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in an administrative, HR, or operations coordination role within interior design, architectural finishes, or construction.
- HR Exposure: Must have experience managing records, supporting recruitment, or coordinating people processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction or design industry operations.
