A growing organization in the UAE cement and construction materials sector is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join its dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong experience in B2B sales within the building materials or construction industry and are passionate about expanding market presence.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and developers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of sales experience in cement, building materials, ready-mix, or construction-related industries.
• Strong understanding of the UAE construction and building materials market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
