Future Education is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing & Admissions Counselor (Arabic-English) to join its growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education, student engagement, and helping prospective learners make informed decisions about their academic and professional development.
The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students and clients through the admissions process while providing accurate information about educational programs and services. In addition, the position involves supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with students and parents, and contributing to enrollment growth.
This opportunity is well-suited for candidates who possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Arabic-English translation and communication support
• Guide prospective students and clients through the admissions and enrollment process
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding programs and services
• Assist students and families with admissions-related documentation
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and clients
• Follow up with prospective applicants and assist with enrollment procedures
• Maintain accurate records of admissions inquiries and student interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication, counseling, and customer service skills
• Experience in admissions, student counseling, marketing, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Professional attitude and strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
