Role Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking, highly organized Human Resource Manager to spearhead our organizational development and run our people ecosystem. Your primary mission is to steer the entire HR department, turning traditional personnel administration into a dynamic driver of employee engagement and corporate performance. This position balances high-level culture modeling with rigorous day-to-day statutory compliance; you will guide our staff through structured recruitment pipelines, workplace mediation, policy design, and comprehensive payroll reporting. The role demands a mature, legally grounded supervisor who can serve as a dependable advisor to executives while maintaining a productive, thriving workplace.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Planning & Culture Transformation

Formulate and execute comprehensive human resource frameworks that directly support the long-term values, culture, and scaling goals of the business.

Partner with department heads to drive organizational development, team integration, and proactive change management strategies.

Design and execute holistic staff welfare programs, team engagement benchmarks, and workplace spiritual well-being initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Performance Management

Lead the end-to-end workforce recruitment process, directing candidate sourcing, boardroom interviewing, and corporate onboarding schedules.

Oversee the annual performance appraisal systems, ensuring employee targets align with larger organizational output goals.

Develop talent retention courses, skills gap assessments, and structural internal succession planning routes.
Labor Relations & Legal Compliance

Arbitrate internal staff grievances, run disciplinary hearings, and resolve disputes in a completely fair, legally compliant manner.

Guarantee unyielding corporate adherence to the Employment Act of Kenya, labor union standards, and shifting regulatory frameworks.

Periodically audit, write, and implement company HR policies, operational handbooks, and employment contract agreements.
Payroll Coordination & Administrative Analysis

Supervise internal payroll tracking, ensuring seamless alignment with finance teams for salary distributions and statutory remittances.

Compile, track, and interpret central HR analytics reporting, analyzing metrics such as staff turnover and appraisal scores for management review.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on complex personnel issues, market compensation data, and policy improvements.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a matching corporate discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource experience navigating fast-paced, high-demand operational environments.

Legal Understanding: Good working knowledge of Kenyan labor regulations, statutory deduction procedures, and employment compliance rules.

Software Tools: Practical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace utilities.
