Description:
Prima Pay is expanding its Merchant Acquiring and POS Sales division and is seeking motivated Outdoor Sales Executives to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who are passionate about building client relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to the rapidly evolving fintech and digital payments industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting merchant acquiring solutions, and expanding the company’s customer base across the UAE market. This role offers excellent career development prospects within a dynamic and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire merchant accounts
• Promote POS and payment solutions to potential clients
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and customer meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business owners
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance objectives
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities
• Stay updated on industry developments and market trends
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions
Requirements:
• Experience in POS, Merchant Acquiring, Banking, or Fintech sales is preferred
• Previous outdoor sales experience within the UAE is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively
• UAE Driving License is preferred
• Immediate availability or immediate joiners preferred
