Description:
Gold Glass is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join its expanding team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with a strong background in the aluminium, glass, facades, doors, and windows sector who are looking to contribute to a growing organization within the UAE construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and securing projects across the UAE market. This role requires excellent networking abilities and a proven history of generating leads and converting opportunities into successful business outcomes.
Candidates with established connections among contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers will have a significant advantage. The position offers the opportunity to play a key role in driving company growth and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project managers
• Generate project leads and convert opportunities into secured contracts
• Prepare quotations and conduct timely follow-ups with clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and support project acquisition efforts
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Aluminium, Glass, Facades, Doors, and Windows industry
• Strong professional network within the UAE construction sector
• Proven track record of generating leads and securing projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• UAE market experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
