Description:
Arch & Art Advertising Boards LLC, a well-established advertising and signage company based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Sales Coordinator & Sales professional to support its growing operations. The company specializes in chemical etching, 3D signage, LED displays, UV printing, laser cutting, acrylic fabrication, engraving, and complete branding solutions.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams while ensuring efficient sales processes. The successful candidate will assist with client communications, order management, documentation, and sales reporting while contributing to exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team with order processing and documentation
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and ongoing projects
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain CRM records and update sales reports
• Assist in preparing quotations and sales-related documents
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client requests promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
