Description:

A company based in Ajman, UAE is currently seeking a motivated HR Executive to join its growing team. The selected candidate will support key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and general HR operations within a professional corporate environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in human resources. Candidates will gain hands-on exposure to HR processes, UAE labor practices, and employee management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

• Support employee relations and HR administrative tasks

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Coordinate with departments for HR-related requirements

• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

• Support payroll and attendance management activities

• Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years UAE HR/Admin experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of HR procedures and UAE labor law is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Strong knowledge of:
• HR operations and recruitment processes
• Employee relations and workplace communication
• UAE labor regulations (basic understanding)
• Administrative and documentation practices
