Job Description

The Opportunity:
This role centers on driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market presence within assigned territories. You will promote internet solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and acquire new residential and business customers
  • Execute door-to-door sales, field prospecting, and outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and partnerships
  • Provide market insights and identify expansion opportunities

Product Promotion & Sales Execution

  • Promote fiber, wireless broadband, and enterprise connectivity solutions
  • Present product features, pricing, and value propositions to clients
  • Customize solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and close sales efficiently

Relationship Management & Customer Experience

  • Build long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Act as the main contact during sales and onboarding
  • Follow up on leads and resolve customer concerns with support teams

Territory Management & Market Expansion

  • Manage assigned territory and ensure maximum coverage
  • Conduct field visits to identify opportunities and monitor competitors
  • Gather insights on customer needs and market trends

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
  • Submit regular sales reports and track performance against targets
  • Provide forecasts and pipeline updates

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work with technical and support teams for service delivery
  • Coordinate installations and ensure timely activation
  • Share client feedback to improve services

Brand Representation & Marketing Support

  • Represent the company during field activities and events
  • Participate in campaigns and promotional activations
  • Enhance brand visibility in assigned areas

Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure all sales processes and documentation meet company policies
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical sales practices

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of sales experience in ISP or telecommunications
  • Strong understanding of fiber, wireless, and broadband products
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong prospecting and relationship management abilities
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
