Description:
ERC International is currently recruiting for a Purchase Order (PO) Agent to support a dynamic procurement team within the energy sector. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient procurement operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution throughout the Procure-to-Pay cycle.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling purchasing activities from requisition to order processing while maintaining alignment with company policies and operational standards. This position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders efficiently
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, contracts, and approval processes
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and order accuracy
• Monitor supply chain activities and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Support internal teams with procurement-related requests and requirements
• Manage supplier communications and address operational challenges

Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing operations
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and procurement tools
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
