About the Role

We is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support daily fleet and transportation operations. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can coordinate vehicles, drivers, and maintenance activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle allocation, dispatching, and driver assignments.
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspection schedules.
• Monitor vehicle availability and report breakdowns or delays promptly.
• Maintain accurate fleet records (vehicles, drivers, insurance, permits, and maintenance logs).
• Track fuel usage, mileage, and basic fleet performance data.
• Coordinate with workshops and suppliers for repairs and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and UAE transport regulations.
• Assist Fleet/Operations Manager with reports and operational planning.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, operations team, and management.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of UAE experience in fleet coordination or transportation operations.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicles and maintenance processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle daily operational issues.
• Knowledge of UAE transport regulations is an advantage.
