Office Administrator – Sysconss Computers LLC (Dubai, UAE)
Sysconss Computers LLC, a leading System Integrator & Cybersecurity Solutions provider in Dubai, is hiring an Office Administrator to support daily operations, vendor coordination, and basic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local IT vendors, suppliers, and distributors for pricing, orders, and deliveries
- Support customers with inquiries, documentation, and service follow?ups
- Handle basic accounting: invoices, petty cash, payment follow?ups
- Manage license renewals, AMC tracking, and contract documentation
- Prepare quotations, LPOs, delivery notes, and internal reports
- Maintain smooth office operations and administrative workflows
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year UAE experience in the IT industry (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE IT vendors & suppliers
- Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and cybersecurity products
- Good communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
