We are looking for Office Assistant / Receptionist for Real Estate Development company, female candidate with at least 2 Years of similar experience and good command in english. Age – (22-30)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking accurate messages.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
