Description:

Al Wasit Debt Collection LLC, a UAE-based debt collection agency, is seeking motivated Debt Collection Agents to join its Sharjah operations team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a career in international debt collection, customer relationship management, and professional negotiation. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting customers regarding overdue payments in a professional manner
• Providing payment reminders and explaining account status clearly
• Negotiating payment arrangements and following up on commitments
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
• Achieving monthly collection targets and performance goals

Eligibility and requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
• Confidence, persuasion skills, and a result-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in BPO, collections, or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory
• Training will be provided to ensure success in the role
