Job Description
Overall Objective of the Job
- Responsible for supporting the production process by making Machine, Auxiliary and Utility standard available for production. As well meet the electrical standard need of factory.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Minimum National Diploma (OND) in Instrumentation and process control or its equivalent.
- At least 5` years’ experience in electrical and electronics operations.
Knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge of electrical maintenance of engineering resources,
- PLC design and troubleshooting,
- Hydraulic faults troubleshooting,
- Pneumatic faults troubleshooting,
- Handling of Electronic cards and devices,
- Calibration knowledge,
- Diagnostic & trouble shooting skills,
- Multiskilling,
- Safety requirements and procedures.
- Injection Moulding Process setting and operation.
- IML Robots setting, maintenance and operation.
