Hiring: Mobile Phone Technician – Phonebot Dubai Office

• Job Title: Mobile Phone Technician.
• Location: Al Rigga, Deira, Dubai.
• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (Depending upon the skills & experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time, On-site.
• Working Days: 6 days per week (1 weekly off).
• Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM, including lunch, dinner & personal break.
• Benefits: Annual leave, sick leave, and performance-based annual increment.

Phonebot is a refurbished tech company specializing in high-quality refurbished smartphones and gadgets. We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced “Mobile Phone Technician” to join our Dubai office technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone hardware and software issues.
• Repair and replace faulty components including screens, batteries, cameras, and charging ports.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot mobile phone software and operating systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure devices function properly after repair.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and inventory.
• Assist customers with device-related queries professionally.
• Follow safety protocols while handling electronic devices and tools.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software systems.
• Experience with repairing a variety of mobile phone brands and models.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and repair documentation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English
