Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic qualifications in their respective fields:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field for HR & Administration Manager (Master’s degree and CHRP certification an added advantage).

  • Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field for Senior Internal Auditor, plus CPA(K) and membership in ICPAK.

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Production, Nutrition & Dietetics, Material Testing, Agriculture/Animal Health, or Health Records for CBET Technologist/Technician positions.

  • Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution plus valid NCK license for Nursing Officer II.

• Have practical experience in TVET training, CBET (Competency-Based Education and Training) delivery, laboratory/technical support, or clinical practice depending on role.

• Be registered with relevant professional bodies where applicable.

• Demonstrate strong technical skills, training facilitation ability, and competency in modern teaching/assessment methods (for CBET positions).

• Show excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.

• Uphold high integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to institutional procedures.
