1. Waitstaff

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient table service to guests.

  • Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in hospitality or related field.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.


2. Baristas

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station.

  • Provide excellent customer service and promote menu items.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in barista training or hospitality.

  • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.

  • Friendly personality and attention to detail.


3. Cooks

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals according to set recipes and standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

  • Assist in inventory and stock management.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or diploma in culinary arts or food production.

  • 2+ years of experience in a busy restaurant kitchen.
