Job Description
The ideal candidate will manage sales and marketing initiatives while overseeing the reservations process. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong sales, marketing, and operational skills, capable of building client relationships, promoting the lodge effectively, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote lodge accommodation, packages, and experiences to increase bookings and revenue.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including travel agents, tour operators, corporate groups, and direct guests.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat stays and referrals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, and offline channels.
- Create promotional content highlighting lodge experiences, amenities, and seasonal offers; manage pricing strategies and special offers.
- Manage the lodge’s reservation system, ensuring accuracy of bookings, rates, availability, and confirmations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, and reservations within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reservation/booking systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive problem-solver.
