3D Architectural Visualizer

A prestigious architectural firm in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Architectural Visualizer to join its professional design team. This role is ideal for experienced visualization specialists who are passionate about transforming architectural concepts into detailed, realistic visual presentations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and immersive walkthroughs that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders. A strong technical skill set combined with a solid understanding of architectural principles is essential for this position.

Key requirements and responsibilities include:

• Creating detailed 3D architectural models and high-end photorealistic renders
• Developing interior and exterior visualizations, animations, and walkthroughs
• Working closely with architects and design teams to interpret drawings and concepts
• Utilizing industry-standard software to deliver visually compelling outputs
• Ensuring accuracy, realism, and consistency across all visual materials

Technical and professional requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in architectural visualization
• Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer
• Hands-on experience with Lumion, Unreal Engine, and SketchUp
• Solid understanding of architectural drawings, materials, lighting, and spatial design
• Prior UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory
