- Brief and oversee warehouse gangs on safe handling techniques, ensuring pallets and cartons are moved correctly to prevent product damage and workplace injuries.
- Work with the warehouse controller to prepare stacking space, personnel, and equipment ahead of scheduled receipts, reducing idle time and keeping operations moving.
- Ensure all stock is placed in its assigned bay and stacked according to the company’s standard operating procedures, maintaining clear aisles and accurate locations.
- Update stock cards and the warehouse management system on a daily basis so every receipt, issue, and transfer is traceable and current.
- Maintain a daily stock register and file all warehouse receipt and issuing reports in the correct archive for internal audits and inventory checks.
- Record any damaged, lost, or surplus stock and escalate these findings to the warehouse controller, inventory supervisor, and inventory controller in a timely manner.

- Attention to detail, flexibility, and a strong sense of urgency when responding to stock discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
