Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview

This Warehouse Supervisor role is responsible for ensuring that products reach customers safely and on time while maintaining warehouse operations according to established company procedures. Day to day, you will manage material planning and segregation for key customer projects, coordinate with logistics and service delivery teams, and keep the warehouse organized, compliant, and ready to meet demand. Your work directly supports long-term customer contracts and helps the business avoid delays, capacity bottlenecks, and inventory misalignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of high-value customers holding long-term contracts, then review material requirements based on their project proposals.
• Identify critical materials for each customer, compare those lists against current inventory, and generate a critical material and segregation report for the Project Team.
• Create goods receipts for incoming materials to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Analyze material reports against inventory and capacity, consulting with Logistics and Service Delivery Coordinators for each product line to spot limitations.
• Adjust material selections or quantities to fit capacity constraints, and ensure modifications are communicated to the relevant area through the Inventory Coordinator.
• Collaborate with the Inventory and Logistics Coordinators to determine whether current stocking levels need adjustment.
• Partner with the Logistics Coordinator to execute the final material plan, whether original or modified.
• Uphold HSE standards and policies, including applying the five core practices expected each day, and maintain warehouse housekeeping and storage standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Relevant forklift experience.
• Proven experience in Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, or Inventory Management environments.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems and implement effective improvements.
• Strong team player who works collaboratively across functions.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
