Description:
EEE Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is suitable for professionals with strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and process coordination who can support efficient and organized warehouse activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth processes through effective use of ERP/WMS systems. Candidates with experience in engineering, industrial, construction, or spare parts sectors are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Manage warehouse documentation and inventory-related reports.
• Use ERP/WMS systems to track stock movements and warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper organization, storage, and handling of materials.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability of inventory.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse and inventory management experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and inventory management systems.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Experience in the engineering, industrial, construction, or spare parts sector is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Warehouse operations and inventory control.
