Description:
Perfume Smile Trading LLC is currently looking to hire a hardworking and organized Warehouse Assistant to join its growing operations team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse handling, stock organization, inventory management, and dispatch coordination within the perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring proper stock handling, inventory accuracy, and timely preparation of customer orders. The company is seeking a reliable individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Candidates with strong organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle physical warehouse tasks are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and shipment deliveries
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with loading and unloading goods within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation
• Arrange products properly in racks, shelves, and designated storage areas
• Support warehouse transfers and internal stock movement activities
• Prepare GRN, transfer vouchers, and other warehouse-related documents
• Coordinate with sales and logistics departments for smooth order processing
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper storage procedures
• Participate in stock counting, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities
• Follow company warehouse procedures and dispatch control guidelines
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or retail industry will be considered an advantage
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory handling
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge with familiarity in Microsoft Excel preferred
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized personality
• Ability to manage stock handling activities accurately and efficiently
Salary & Benefits:
