Description:
ACT Hotel and 72 Hotel are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress to join their hospitality team in Sharjah. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy delivering exceptional dining experiences while working in a welcoming and fast-paced hotel environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests, ensuring orders are handled accurately, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Applicants currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve meals in a timely manner.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly prepared before and after service.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow hotel service standards and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Currently residing in the UAE.
• Available to join immediately.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
