About the Client

Our client in the Hospitality sector seeks to engage a Waitress who is professional, customer-focused, and enthusiastic. The successful candidate will deliver an outstanding dining experience while upholding the brand's high service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Recommend bakery products, beverages, and promotions to maximize sales.
• Operate the POS/ERP system and process payments accurately.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene.
• Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and properly presented.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Demonstrate a professional, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a waitress in a reputable bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) / ERP system is an added advantage.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
