About the Client
Our client in the Hospitality sector seeks to engage a Waitress who is professional, customer-focused, and enthusiastic. The successful candidate will deliver an outstanding dining experience while upholding the brand's high service standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Recommend bakery products, beverages, and promotions to maximize sales.
- Operate the POS/ERP system and process payments accurately.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene.
- Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and properly presented.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Demonstrate a professional, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a waitress in a reputable bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) / ERP system is an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
