Visa Processing Officer
Location: Burjuman, Dubai – Visawala Documents Clearing Services LLC

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare complete tourist visa files for multiple countries, including:
- Application forms
- Travel/health insurance
- Hotel and flight bookings
- Cover letters and supporting documents
- Verify all client documents to meet embassy/consulate requirements.
- Guide clients through the entire visa process, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers for bookings and maintain organized records.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Experience: Proven track record in tourist visa documentation for all major destinations (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Must currently reside in the UAE.
