Description:

This full-time opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can provide reliable administrative and operational support while helping maintain efficient business processes.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting daily operations, managing communications, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a professional and customer-focused team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and email coordination.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely assistance through email and phone communication.

• Support customer order processing, shipment tracking, and record maintenance.

• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and business documents.

• Maintain and update internal databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Conduct online research to support business activities, including identifying potential clients and sourcing information.

• Perform additional administrative tasks to improve team efficiency and daily operations.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar position.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Google Workspace.

• Experience using online collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.

• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

• High level of discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Strong knowledge of:

• Administrative support and business operations.

• Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration platforms.
