Description:
A new opportunity is available for a skilled UI/UX Designer (Mid-Level) with proven experience in the banking or fintech sector. This role focuses on creating seamless, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across both mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centered design and capable of translating complex requirements into intuitive solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interface designs
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive design solutions
• Create, manage, and continuously improve design systems using tools like Figma
• Enhance user experience by leveraging research findings, usability testing, and data-driven insights
• Maintain high standards of consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital products
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Mandatory experience within the banking or fintech domain
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complete design processes and successful project outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Solid understanding of design systems, UX research methods, and prototyping techniques
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Candidates must currently be based in the United Arab Emirates
