HOMAN Contracting is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Accountant to join its Finance Team in Dubai. This position offers an excellent opportunity for finance professionals who want to build their expertise within an international contracting environment while working on treasury, banking, cash management, and overseas financial operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing treasury activities, supporting financial reporting, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring accurate cash flow management. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management, payments, banking transactions, and liquidity monitoring.
• Prepare cash position reports, treasury schedules, and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
• Review bank transactions and perform reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Maintain treasury documentation while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Process and monitor treasury-related ERP transactions efficiently.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, internal departments, and overseas teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and financial reporting requirements.
• Monitor overseas financial operations and provide timely reports to management.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to banking, reconciliations, and cash management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or accounting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, cash management, and reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Treasury and cash management processes.
• Banking operations and financial reconciliations.
• ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• CMA or IFRS principles (preferred).
• UAE or international financial operations (advantage).
