A Landscape Company is searching for an active special Timekeeper to join its team.

Job Description:
- Keep track of employees' attendance and work hours on a daily basis from site works.
- Record and document any overtime hours worked by employees.
- Generate reports on employee attendance and work hours for management review.
- Monitor and track project timelines and deadlines.
- Communicate with project managers and supervisors to ensure accurate tracking of work hours.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding work hours and breaks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Administration, or office management.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Timekeeper, Site Clerk.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in construction or site-based projects is preferred
- Good knowledge of attendance, time sheets, overtime, and shift records
- Basic understanding of payroll processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- A team player with proven ability to work under Pressure and to meet deadlines.
