Telesales Specialist

Mira Clinic, a leading provider of premium dental services in Dubai, is expanding its sales team and is looking for a motivated Telesales Specialist. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who enjoys consulting with potential clients, building trust, and helping them take the next step toward quality dental care.

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from their initial inquiry through to appointment booking. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with prospective clients through phone calls and digital communication channels.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about dental treatments and services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Manage and update customer information within the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales; telesales or call center experience is a strong advantage.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and services.

• Responsible, reliable, and results-oriented mindset.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Telesales and customer engagement

• CRM systems and sales pipeline management

• Sales communication, follow-up, and client relationship management

• Fixed salary of AED 5,000 per month.
