Amer Smart Lounge Government Transactions Center L.L.C. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy sales, building customer relationships, and promoting UAE government-related services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating sales opportunities, and promoting a range of government transaction services. Candidates with experience in Amer Centres, Typing Centres, Travel Agencies, or Operations who are interested in moving into a sales role are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls to generate sales opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers and explain UAE government and related services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and existing customers to maximize conversions.
• Promote Visa Services, Emirates ID, Medical Services, Amer services, and other government transactions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and provide timely responses.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Build strong customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
Requirements:
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong interest in sales and telesales.
• Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of UAE government transactions and services is an advantage.
• Candidates from Operations, Typing Centres, Amer Centres, or Travel Agencies with knowledge of government transactions are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates holding a valid UAE visa are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
