Bridge Manpower is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Coordinator to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is suitable for professionals with hands-on experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, and manpower operations within the UAE.
The successful candidate will support daily HR activities, manage employee documentation, assist with recruitment processes, and ensure smooth coordination of workforce operations. Candidates with strong knowledge of UAE employment procedures and excellent organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Support employee onboarding and maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage HR documentation, including employment files, contracts, and related records.
• Assist with visa and work permit procedures in compliance with UAE requirements.
• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and employees to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Previous experience in a UAE manpower or recruitment company is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and work permit requirements.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
