Job Description
Next Door Real Estate is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate quality leads through outbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases
- Introduce company projects and services professionally
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain records
- Schedule appointments for property consultations/site visits
- Maintain daily calling and lead reports
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Previous telecalling/customer service/sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- English & Hindi mandatory (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory
