They provide comprehensive engineered solutions to factories, contractors, and large institutions. To support their expanding operations, they are seeking two detail-oriented Technical Sales Executives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and commercial success, ensuring clients receive optimized solutions backed by robust warranty and maintenance support. This is an ideal role for a self-motivated professional who enjoys a mix of strategic research, field-based client engagement, and hands-on technical learning.
Business Development & Prospecting
Conduct rigorous new lead generation and research, tracking all progress systematically within the company’s CRM module.
Qualify potential prospects by performing deep-dive assessments of their technical and operational needs.
Schedule and execute client visits for both introductory relationship building and technical consultations.
Monitor sales progress through detailed reporting, providing actionable feedback to management regarding lead quality and competitor activity.
Client Relationship & Feedback Management
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing accurate and professional responses to diverse client groups.
Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to gather insights, record feedback, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Present significant updates to leadership regarding customer complaints, satisfaction levels, and suggested product improvements.
Support debt collection activities for personal sales accounts, maintaining professional accountability and reporting any discrepancies.
Technical Mastery & Field Integration
Commit to continuous learning by studying product manuals, technical videos, and academic content relevant to the industrial equipment sector.
Occasionally visit project sites for self-quoted works to gain hands-on experience and ensure the solution meets the client’s site requirements.
Participate in specialized sales training and skills enhancement sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate in team meetings to share market insights, discuss strategies, and troubleshoot challenges faced in the field.
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a sales role is considered a distinct advantage.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
