Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a driven and disciplined sales leader to join the MOMENTUM brand. In this role, you will lead from the front, build a strong referral pipeline, and inspire a team of agents to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets. If you have hands-on sales leadership experience and a proven track record in the checkoff product space, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front. Step in to close deals when needed and demonstrate best practices for your team.
  • Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to hit and exceed monthly targets.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Represent the MOMENTUM brand with excellence in every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the checkoff product.
  • Hands-on sales leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion ability.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to lead from the front and close deals when necessary.
