Sales Team Lead
We are looking for a driven and disciplined sales leader to join the MOMENTUM brand. In this role, you will lead from the front, build a strong referral pipeline, and inspire a team of agents to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets. If you have hands-on sales leadership experience and a proven track record in the checkoff product space, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead from the front. Step in to close deals when needed and demonstrate best practices for your team.
- Build and maintain a strong referral pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to hit and exceed monthly targets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Represent the MOMENTUM brand with excellence in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the checkoff product.
- Hands-on sales leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasion ability.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to lead from the front and close deals when necessary.
